Homebuying 101 | Inspection Requests

Having represented dozens of first time buyers, I have seen it all come inspection time. Always do your due-diligence to make sure the systems of the home and association are in good standing. Don't let a laundry list of minor repairs get in the way of your big purchase though. You're buying used property, afterall. Most of these items can be addressed over time.
