How quickly neighborhoods change in the big city..

 

 Just a few short years ago the last large subsidized housing project was taken down. Now, new high-end developments are popping up where it was once unsafe to walk a night.

 

This building boom comes as no surprise. Developers love flattened vacant land in prime downtown locations. With big tech companies like Groupon, Lightbank and soon to be Motorola around the corner the demand is there for young urban professionals. 

 

If everything goes as planned construction will start as early as this fall. Before you know it there may be another 30 story glass building with over 300 vacant luxury apartments calling your name!
